The challenge
The free resource, event registration and participant communication need to connect. The expert needs to approve copy, while the team manages versions and access.
Solution
We shaped the psychologist’s offer and prepared copy and resources. We developed public resource and event pages, participant accounts and a team workspace for content approval.

Product logic first
We connected positioning, a free entry resource and a paid event. Touchpoints and copy were prepared for pages, Telegram and participant messages, giving marketing and interface one shared logic.
Materials within the journey
The lead magnet, worksheet and event copy were prepared as separate materials. Only excerpts are shown here. Their role is to provide a clear introduction and explain the next step.
Approval before publication
The team has drafts, versions and owner review. Content can exist in the system before publication, supporting discussion and revision while retaining the relationship between each version and page.
Event participation
The platform connects offer pages, participants, accounts and events. Integration modules support payments, Telegram, MTS Link and file storage. The public demonstration uses test data.
Engineering continuity
The existing platform was developed in a separate working version: resource, event and account routing was refined, content connected and previews improved. Code, content and verification were assembled into a transferable project package.
Why this approach
- The free resource has standalone value and a clear route to the next product.
- Expert approval is part of content work: drafts, review and publication are separate states.
- Participation messages are separate from optional promotional follow-ups.
- Roles and versions help the team work on one product without losing context.
- Provider integrations are separate modules, avoiding changes to the entire system.
Result
The product structure, content package and working platform version are prepared. This case shows a demonstration build and opening pages of materials. Live service connections and expert content publication belong to approval and launch.
