CRM setup for retail sales and delivery
Define deal stages, the next action and transition criteria so managers know what should happen to each order.
Start with the decision
Retail sales continue beyond an agreed proposal. Someone must confirm the order, arrange delivery and reconcile payment. We describe those events with the people doing the work: who decides, which facts they need and where responsibility changes hands.
A stage describes an order state, a task prompts an action and a field records a fact. Using stages as reminders makes a pipeline difficult to read. Automation follows an agreed process so that rules do not harden accidental working habits.
The work and how to accept it
Stages and required facts
Check the path from qualification to receipt and payment reconciliation.
The next action
Agree ownership, timing and reminders, then check a test deal.
Rules and training
Walk users through the workflow and verify whether each rule is enabled.
Scope boundaries
A configured rule is not necessarily enabled or proven effective. New rules need separate tests. Public demonstrations do not expose customer deals.
Evidence from our work
The live Krest-NN Bitrix24 B2C V1 pipeline was inspected: qualification, proposal agreement, order confirmation, delivery, receipt and reconciliation. The case shows test records and current automation. Four older delayed notifications were disabled when switching to a separate deadline service on 16 October. Its live operation on 19 October was not separately checked.
Open the project and evidencePractical questions
Must we migrate all history at once?
No. A defined subset can establish the fields and responsibilities before a broader migration.
Will CRM setup guarantee more sales?
It makes the workflow manageable. Sales impact requires baseline data, a comparable period and actual use of the system.
How to start
The initial review is free. A BYstudio specialist or Yan Bunin handles your enquiry. Describe the task, current tools and intended change. We then agree the first phase, price and acceptance criteria under a contract.
