Connect website enquiries to your CRM
Turn a form submission into a usable record: retain the enquiry, map its fields and make processing status clear.
Start with the decision
A messenger notification attracts attention; a CRM record supports the work that follows. They are separate outcomes. Before connecting them, we define required fields, source, responsibility and the first status. We also decide how the system handles an unavailable CRM and repeated submissions.
For an existing CRM, use its supported integration route. When the website and internal application belong to one project, its backend may create an order directly in the application database. Existing architecture and permissions determine the choice.
The work and how to accept it
Map the data
Contact, service, parameters and source reach the agreed fields.
Handle failures
Check repeated submission, CRM downtime and an independent notification failure.
Accept the workflow
One test enquiry can be found with a clear status and owner.
Scope boundaries
Access and CRM restrictions must be checked before estimating. An API acceptance does not prove that a manager read the enquiry. Customer and payment details stay out of analytics.
Evidence from our work
DOROGA source code creates an order with a New status and Website source. Fuel parameters accompany the order and a reservation is recorded. Its case includes the actual interface rendered locally with synthetic records.
Open the project and evidencePractical questions
Can you connect an existing form?
Often yes. We first inspect its backend, consent handling, duplicate protection and available CRM API.
Does a missing notification mean the enquiry was lost?
That depends on the implementation. Acceptance therefore checks the saved record and each notification channel separately.
How to start
The initial review is free. A BYstudio specialist or Yan Bunin handles your enquiry. Describe the task, current tools and intended change. We then agree the first phase, price and acceptance criteria under a contract.
